Skin Electric Current Tracing Type Series Heating Cable

集肤效应加热的本质是电磁波在铁磁体内衰减、通过电磁感应过程, 将大部分电能以涡流形式转化为热能。

集肤电伴热系统简单表述为:一根绝缘导体(集肤电缆)穿在一铁磁体钢管里边,电缆一端(末端)与钢管末端(远端)连接,电缆始端和钢管始端之间通以交流电,电流经电缆始端到末端,再从钢管末端返回钢管始端。穿管的电缆由于其周围交变磁场在钢管内感应,带来磁滞损耗产生的热量,以及闭合回路电流在钢管上产生涡流,附加产生的热量是电缆芯线自身的电阻热I2R。

在电缆和钢管返回电流的交叉作用下,电流集中在钢管的内表面,这种现象从接近效果上讲,被称为集肤效应,故以该现象设计的电伴热系统被命名为集肤效应电伴热。

The essence of skin electric current tracing is that electro-magnetic wave attenuates within ferromagnet, and during electro-magnetic induction, the most of electric energy transforms into heal output by eddy current.

The SECT system simplely describes as follow: one insulated conductor is run inside a ferromagnetic steel pipe, the cable is connected to the piep at the and(the far end) and a source of ac power is connected between the cable and the pipe at the other end(the supply end). Current flows from the power source through the insulated cable to the far end and returns through the pipe. Heat is generated in the ferromagnetic pipe wall by the return current flow and by hysteresis and eddy currents induced by the alternating magnetic field around the insulated conductor. Additional heat is producted by the I2R loss in the insulated conductor.

集肤加热管采用钢管,结构简单而牢固。

适合超长输管线电伴热,一个电源点可供最长达24km的管道伴热。

导线使用耐热性能高的绝缘和护套材料,比普通电缆寿命长。

容易实现电气自动化控制,最新的监控测量技术和信号传输技术均可运用在该系统上。

集肤电流加热管既可在工厂里预制组合件、现场对接,也可直接在现场交错施工。

It is fit for ultralong length pipepne's heat trace. The maxima length is 24km by One power station can supppes electric heat.

注:集肤加热电缆绝缘层2层,最外层兼作护套层。集肤电缆单位长度的功率、电缆芯线截面与被伴热工艺管的长度、工作电压以及电流有关。

Note: The minimal number of insulate layers is 2 and outer insulation layer also acts as jacket. The unit power and core section area are according with the length of pipe and working oltage and current.

The SECT Power Supply system

集肤电伴热电源系统包括特种变压器和电源控制柜。根据伴热要求和集肤电缆的电气参数,决定变压器型号和容量。

集肤电伴热系统电源分为工频电源和中频电源。

The SECT power supply system includes special type transformer and power distribute panel box. The type and capacity of the transformer are determined only by the damands of electric parameters.

The power supply is assorted by frequent and intermediate frequency.
